I have Rynga since years on my Iphone 4s. When I call any number, the display does not show the price per minute. The History is always empty. Whenever I asked Rynga customer service, they dont answer or never give me the solution. Very unfriendly company.
Although the VoIP service is good, (which is what it is supposed to be), the customer service is the worst ever! The app has never been updated! Same problems forever! Customer service replies to you, as if you are dumb! When you ask something, they reply with stupid answer! If you are new into this, just avoid this company!
The app is a joke! I have credits which I cant use at all. Cant even login. The screen just freezes
I have no idea when the app was updated last. It does not even allow you to login and the screen is frozen there
